  I was so looking forward for Jo and Laurie’s wedding…The movie is one of the best romantic tragedies I have watched, the concept of lack of freedom associated with marriage for women is presented through the eagerness and wildness of Jo. “I’ll try and be what he loves to call me, ‘a little woman’, and not be rough and wild, but do my duty here instead of wanting to be somewhere else.” - shivers
