This movie is like an emotional roundhouse kick to the head.
It forces you to consider the impermanence of relationships and how important it is to make things count, while you still can. I really appreciate how this movie highlights that the same input doesn’t necessarily guarantee the same outcome (trying not to spoil), but it pains me to think about the times in my life where I could have done more. It makes me wonder what could happen…
