This is essentially a poor man’s copy of beyond the mask: the rise of Leslie Vernon, by way of scream. The characters are kind of weak and lack depth. And the writing is what really holds it back. But it has some outstanding practical effects. And that is the main draw.

Kill Bill: Vol. 2 2004
Had to revisiting the first movie, I decided to go ahead and watch volume two. And although it is not as good as the first volume, it’s definitely a fine conclusion to the story. Watching all the members of the bride’s old crew getting their come uppings was wildly entertaining. Tarantino once again blends multiple classic genres as a film into this masterfully crafted, revenge film. And as usual, the cast is incredible. I suggest watching both of these volumes back to back, it makes for a damn good double feature.
