The Batman 2022
A fantastic vision of Batman. I really wasn't a huge fan of the Nolan movies (I respect that they're critically good, but personally I don't love his style for superhero movies) so this was really fun to see. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania 2023
Just a very disappointing movie. I like Paul Rudd and Ant-man's MCU stuff before so it was a shame to see his third movie end up as such a meh endeavor. The whole time in the quantum realm I couldn't stop thinking about the line in Community where they're talking about making movies and this guy says "Just add some CGI Goo gahs! everyone loves those!" Because that's every minor character in this movie. A little goo gah. Aggressively "eh" movie through and through."
