First time watching the BBC series, and I honestly didn’t expect to like it so much. I appreciate that we get to see more of Mr. Darcy’s side of the conflict, as well as small scenes that help us understand other characters. I looooove the longing looks from Colin Firth oh my god

Overall I enjoyed it, I think the execution was well done, and I love that the songs were redone in a way that kept the original version intact and regarded, but also in a way that allowed each singer to make it their own. I’m talking about Halle with PoYW again because that was just insane

I haven’t watched this in about 10-15 years and MY GOD. The seratonin and nostalgia I feel rn is off the charts (it’s on YouTube😉) something about food and landscapes in Barbie movies just makes me feel so warm
