This movie was fun. And despite what the title and premise may suggest, it was funny as all hell. I remember a couple of moments during our theater time where I was doubled over laughing my ass off. Not sure if it was intentional, but the final encounter with the Killer was perhaps one of my favorite horror movie moments ever, because I was laughing so hard at how it went down.

The first time I saw this movie, I’ll admit that I loved it.
It’s horrifying. There’s a full on planetary genocide in it. I don’t know what could be more fucking horrifying than that.
When you’re an Alien movie, there is an expectation of being a bit more brutal than your predecessors. After all, the idea of a monster burrowing in your chest and festering till it shotguns out of your ribcage is pretty fucking spine tingling to think about.…
Pros to this movie:
-Michael Sheen.
-That Thom Yorke song was really good.
Cons:
-Jacob is annoying as piss.
-Bella is just the fucking worst.
-Bella’s friends suck.
-Why are the leaders of the vampires hanging out in the area where they would be the most easily found, yet get mad at everyone else if they come close to revealing the true existence of vampires.
this movie is dumb. the only reason it ranks higher is because of Michael Sheen.
