A tragic buddy film, the bond between these two subjects is a sight to behold, and given the circumstances should not be possible but yet it persists. There is an urgency to this film, as demonstrated by those who would try to ban it. It is a MUST see.

So refreshing to see monogamy portrayed in a positive light. We can believe these two would do anything for each other. Blanchette is impeccable and fasbenders fastidious spy provides a new take on an old trope, one that does not disappoint. From the director we get fun camera work and glimpses of knowing smolder from our leads. Not your typical bond-esque fare but a fun ride all the same, just don’t tell MI6.

This probably should only be a 3 but this film spoke to me on a personal level so I’m rating it higher.
This movie has everything I love. 70s aesthetic, practical in camera effects, an interesting premise and the guts to do something different.
David Dalstmalcian brings this schlocky 70s tv host to life as the spooky escalates in hopes of achieving ratings highs. The end of this movie may not be completely earned but it’s more fun than a satanic orgy as all hell breaks loose in front of a live studio audience.
