Marion Bridge 2002
Gave it another half star on rewatch, and a third watch might even put this on my favorite list. This movie is phenomenal. The storyline, the acting, the subtlety of it all: it perfectly shows the lasting dynamics of generational trauma in ways most media can’t. bby Elliot Page being an adorable delinquent is also a big plus
