  Loved this raw, edgy comedy about being a middle-aged, Asian American failure! I really appreciated the final message of the film and had a lot of fun watching it. If you’re feeling doubtful and lost, this is the film for you. It will make you appreciate all you have and help you to zoom out and accept life for what it is. The characters were very complex and well-written. The music was beautiful. My new favorite actress is Kavi Ramachandran Ladnier. Great film.

  Omg when I first started watching this show over my sister’s shoulder I was like ughhh like we need ANOTHER love story between a sexy brown girl and some rich white man baby (and they’re British smh like colonial fantasy fr) but OMG it was actually kinda romantic and the sexual tension was epic.
