This was good and pretty funny but WHY did they spoil the twist in the trailer??! It felt really weird watching the first 20 minutes where they obviously were building up to the reveal, but the whole audience knew so there was no surprise when revealed?

don’t get me wrong, i really really liked this movie. there was just a lot wrong with it. pacing, editing, directing.. there was a lot that didn’t feel right and didn’t make it a 5 star film.
BUT! the acting was great, (especially na-kel smith and ryder mclaughlin), the overall theme and story was good, and there were a few cool things jonah hill did that not a lot of other basic filmmakers do.
