a perfect balance of modern day feminism and fun. genuinely so many funny jokes and ryan gosling in this film is literally everything. the set and script are also amazing. serious feminist messages were well conveyed - just wish it had stayed slightly more subtle towards the end.

Beautiful Boy 2018
AMAZING film. beautifully shot scenes, but the story was just so powerful, especially due to being based on real events. Timothée Chalamet’s best acting imo - he embodies the desperation of the character so well in a way that makes you feel such sympathy but also despair. watch this film.

The Stanford Prison Experiment 2015
Extremely powerful film - incredible acting and very well made. Really illustrates the suffering caused by this experiment and therefore the importance of ethics. more than anything it really shows the futility of the whole thing - but was also extremely interesting for looking at human behaviour and how quickly people give into roles of power.
