  never let sam levinson cook whatsoever, this movie was straight shit.
  levinson wants to make a movie about women empowerment but perpetuates the idea that trauma is the only thing that makes a woman strong and constantly abuses his female characters in his movies/shows. in his eyes, his pattern of sexualizing young women in high school is supposed to be sexual liberation, but his execution is horrendous and it comes off as creepy and unwatchable. the character lily also seems…
