The Six Triple Eight 2024
KERRY WASHINGTON!! she is so beautiful and an incredible actor and this movie was so good esp knowing it was a true story, also did not recognize Susan Sarandon as Eleanor Roosevelt but god I love women! Black women continue to fight harder than anyone to be recognized for their achievements and this movie does a great job showcasing that. The MARCH scene like CHILLLLLS something about a group of that size so in synch w such discipline does somethin to me it’s like you can feel the power

Finished this like a week ago but I wanna start using this app as my new form of social media 😌 anyways I recommend this show!! Love a lil period piece w gore and it was interesting bc I didn’t know much abt the start of Mormonism in Utah,, obvs this show also touches on the eradication of native american/indigenous folks and heavy on the colonialism. Everyone just tryna stake claim to a land they think they have the right to and doing so by any means. Made me wanna replay red dead II as my morally grey bby girl outlaw Arthur
