Whiplash 2014
This movie has been sitting in my watch list for yearsss finally got to watch it tonight and it was so intense. Built up this movie so much listening to the soundtrack often in high school. The film's reputation is so strong I had imagined how it would be, but it was so much worse. The drama, coloring, and suspense were so so good. Did not enjoy the romanticization of toxic mentor-mentee relationships. Fletcher broke Andrew's trust over and over and he kept going back. My favorite character is the dad.

W.E. 2011
Madonna's W.E. is glossy, ambitious and, controversially, likable. Expectedly, what I love most about W.E. is the score, set and costume design. The visual elements made the passage of time very obvious. Casting was well done. I thought Andrea Riseborough looked like Wallis Simpson.
Unfortunately, the film jarringly switches between the two women with some messy montage cuts rivaling a documentary in Wallis's parts. Abbie Cornish's character was unemotional and her motivations were unclear. I would have liked to see…Translated from by -

The sweetest Galentines festivities with some opinionated ladies on courtship in Genovia. & Yea the prince was really that fyne but I don't support infidelity. ALSO I LOVE Julie Andrews :,)
