Hadn't seen the other Paddingtons so I had no context tbh, but I really liked this movie! He's such a lovable character and there's a lot of cool themes about family, pushing past discomfort, and persistence in pursuing what you truly believe in. The cinematography was also absolutely beautiful and very well-done, a lot of unique stylistic choices that I really appreciate and had never seen really in other movies.

Big Hero 6 2014
Another rewatch of the year. I really like this movie, it was very emotional and lots of good writing, foreshadowing, and themes. The jokes are really funny, and I love the little references here in there. I think the animation was also super cool. What I didn't like was how superhero it was, I'm just biased but I don't really love superhero movies and the 2nd 1/2 of the movie felt a bit like corny and whatnot but overall very wholesome movie and I recommend.

The Shawshank Redemption 1994
Way more intense than I was expecting, at some point during the movie I actually wanted to stop and give up but I'm glad I saw it to the end and this movie was definitely a rollercoaster of a journey. This was my first movie with Morgan Freeman as the narrator and I love how cliche it was. I think it has good themes of friendship, hardship, endurance, and persevering through your hopes and beliefs. I definitely recommend but it is an intense movie... so take it in chunks if you need to.
