It’s amazing how flawlessly the film combines elements that seem completely unrelated. Now, I truly understand why the girl's imaginary world was so dark, as human imagination often stems from reality.
This film had been on my watchlist for a long time, and I finally watched it last night. I didn’t expect this from Denis Villeneuve; while I anticipated breathtaking and grand visuals as seen in his other films. This drama kept me glued to my seat from start to finish. The screenplay was exceptionally strong, avoiding unnecessary details and ensuring that every concept and element contributed effectively to the main idea. Although the story became somewhat predictable by the end due to its twists, it remained a well-crafted and excellent film.
