This shows beauty despite the trauma in ways I’ve never seen before. This also Illustrated how in a way your innocence can dictate how you act and how you perceive the world. With all of its Historical Context of WWII, this story is much more about people affected by it in a civilian’s behind the scenes point of view than your typical romanticized combat fantasy. If Anything it’s more of a coming of age story disguised as a WWII movie. Would definitely watch again and pick on more information.
