  watched again in very diff setting (rowdy apartment movie night) and it did feel over stylized but the sound hit me even more. this round I’m left w the fact that she didn’t need to get what she wanted (adoration/approval) to enjoy the feeling of it

  Watching this gave me this feeling from high school when I’d miss the bus and have to walk home in the fall through tree lined streets. A strong gust of wind would blow through, raining down red and brown leaves. I would feel so happy to be there in that moment even though it was peak angsty/angry times and for a sec I was showered with beauty and softness.

  Perfect for my 50th movie of the year 🥹
