  such an underrated film. classic guy ritchie with his one-two punch lines and cinematography. the musical enrichment of these scenes that are hilarious and yet so smartly used. happy fact: got me into my charlie hunnam fixation. all around, a solid win for me. p.s. if you don’t have a love like mickey and roslyn, what are you actually doing in your relationships?

  Reflecting back on this film- watching this before watching Parasite was such a validating feeling. Of course, great director and set building, but also the characters and the acting is so emotive in this film— I appreciate how intersectional and detailed it is concerning SES dynamics but, also the spirals and depth of low worth/value in humanity. Top five favorites for sure.
