Filmin sonunda çok sarsıldım uzun zamandır bu tip bir film izlememiştim AMA bu tamamen sinematik ve kurguyla ilgili, verilmek istenen mesajla değil. Film ırkçılığı ortadan kaldırıp kötülemiyor öyleymiş gibi gözüküyor sadece. Aslında hala belli bir fikrin çevresinde dönüyor. bazı fikirleri saman altından destekliyor ve empoze ediyor bile denilebilir. Film kaliteli ama hala ırkçı, hala ‘beyaz adam’ yüceltmeli bir içerik.

The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas 2008
The ending is so unexpected and stunning. I felt grief and fear at the same time. (Spoiler) On the other hand, I noticed how much society got used to the caste system. What really upset most of us at the end of the movie was the death of the German boy, but if only the Jewish boy had died, we would have taken it lightly and maybe we wouldn't have been so shocked.
