  This documentary felt incredibly one-sided, and i believe a lot of key information was left out to portray a skewed narrative. Start to finish everyone around Kai exploited him, only to turn around and victim blame when he failed to fit their ideal of this so-called ‘heroic homeless man’, COMPLETELY glossing over or rather blatantly invalidating his experience of abuse and sexual assault? Really telling of how people who are homeless, poor or struggling with mental illness are viewed: merely as mirrors of gratitude for ones own fortune, as cash cows or as threats…no stars for this because yuck

  I just know this is a movie i’ll find myself coming back to rewatch every now and then. How beautifully it captures the constant feeling that you’re having the worst and the best time at the same time, and all the other confusion that comes with being in your 20s. <3

  Basically a group project where everyone has a a completely different idea and no one can come to consensus on one so you decide to do all ideas.   A movie made just for sake of making one, no thought behind anything. It was a difficult painful watch. The characters were all extremely unlikeable and the plot & dialogue was flat and flavourless. I had to remind myself time and again that this was not satire.

  Sam is such an interesting guy. He made it sound like he thought he needed some pussy when all along he just needed frozen? also is it just me or was it a bit insane that he dipstick tested her piss straight out the commode to surprise her (all on tape)?? personally if i was nia that would piss me off more than the cheating
