  Horror movie but make it a woman’s average day. Anna Kendrick did a great job of capturing the paralyzing and breath taking reality of simply being a woman. Being subjective to misogyny, belittling, or feeling as if the man has more sinister motives in his gaze. I think it means a lot more in a movie when they can make you feel the fear without showing the brutality of the crimes.

  Scary!! The jump scenes and oppression were more intense than the first one. I wish there were more conversations between the sisters as we lead up to the 3rd one. What’s up with these women picking such shitty men? Team Martine all the way!!!

  LOVED. Incredible from the start! I haven’t seen a movie where I couldn’t guess the ending right away in a long time. Glen’s acting was amazing, I was thoroughly impressed & entertained the whole time. Would keep this on my rewatch list.

  SO good. At the edge of my seat the whole time, the build up was impeccable, and the plot never disappointed. James is incredible once again. The “because you let us” line will haunt me forever. The idea of people pleasing with new “friends” and not trusting your gut could get you into some wicked situations is anxiety inducing. Also, fuck hoppy.

Following
