Satoshi Kon’s best. It has all of the ambiguous and woven storytelling in a much more palatable presentation. Pursuit is a beautiful thing.

Deadpool & Wolverine 2024
A clusterfuck of “meta” ironic jokes and cheap swears that give marvel fans something to gawk at, because they finally get inappropriate shock humor instead of the classic, “he’s right behind me isn’t he.” Wolverine was actually the best part of it and thank you Hugh Jackman for giving this movie some kind of character. When your movie’s jokes are the running bit of “I am straight but *insert gay action here*” or “*insert offensive comment*, oh no is the woke mob gonna cancel me?!” it leaves a shell of a movie that is held together by some claws and a nice beard.
