  Great movie! its raw to the point that it makes you uncomfortable. The ending is also over the expected, just to underline that when things go bad, they can (and will) get worse. But i realize i dont love Brad Pitt. He is like the cool football player in high school who knows how handsome he is

  so authentic! it is light to watch but still covers all topics that are relevant now (and its from the ‘90): pollution, deforestation, nuclear pollution, detachment from nature.. very nice

  the images and colours are so charming, it stimulates one’s inner child. I have read around that people are concerned because it poorly portraits what the emancipation of a woman can look like. It seems like the highest form of freedom is the ability to have sex randomly without getting attached. I get the critique, but i am unsure wether the idea was instead just that of showing how the first instinct that humans get as they grow up (since Bella is basically a kid growing up) is mating. Which remains a bit reductive… overall I really liked the movie
