  Love Eggers’ work always and when Dafoe pops up, I’m doubling down. Great sound editing, visuals, and acting. One of the jump scares def got me. Skarsgard keeps it interesting with his roles and this film is no different.

  Truly resonant and timeless film. Great story build up, amazing visual textures, and the recent restoration to the film was stunning. It’s wild that a film from the 90s could feel so present. If you can find this film at a screening, run, go go go! I would watch it again ten times over.
