Not as good as the first but by no means is that me saying it isn’t a good film. The sequel keeps the same kind of tone and charm as the first with the same amazing dance and song sequences. Only complaint is that I am not as invested in this new trio of children compared to the old and original from the fist but they still put on a good performance

Ahhh yes, your child dies so you kidnap another one, forcing disabilities on them by giving them dog medicine then let them find the truth by keeping a box commemorating the events of their kidnapping, daughter them goes to hospital on attempted suicide, you then try and steal her back only to get shot, then 7 years later your daughter does the same to you. Sounds like a normal Tuesday

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness 2022
It was a pretty standard mcu movie which I and I feel most had unfathomable expectations to what was going to be in the movie. Saying this Wandas execution of the illuminati was brutal and really showcased the immense power the scarlet witch has.
The film also did a great job of world (multiverse) building showing off Chavez’s powers in a great way akin to her comic book counterpart. Speaking of the comics I enjoyed the small reference to a Franklin Richards possibly existing in 838 and am enthralled to see his possible inclusion in the mcu.
