The Name of the Rose 1986
I know this is like a great book but I had no idea about it until after watching the movie so im gonna pretend like the movie is an original work.
And with that I reallyl enjoyed the mystery, the beautiful location and monastery, the theological conversations and the display of the corrupt nature of the catholic church since its very beginnings. Speak No Evil 2022
NO STARS TO THIS MOVIE. This was perhaps the worst movie I have ever seen by far. BY FAR. I actually couldn't even finish it and fast forwarded through the car scene of the final act. One of the last lines,
“Why are you doing this?”
“Because you let me.”
