Spectacular film. Since the typical “happy ending” happened to occur half way through the film, I was very nervous for the second half…it proved me right. The camera and set work during the daydream- around 1:50- was the best I’ve seen in years and way ahead of its time (2016). It gave me so much hope because I had no clue it was just in her head. When the day dream ended it was like my heart was being ripped…

Lady and the Tramp 1955
Lady’s cries are an unnecessary heart throb and sound like a cross breed of a rooster and seal.
This should be in the Christmas film genre: happy ending, Tramp clearly encounters numerous divine interventions, final scene having a holiday tree…there isn’t a single tine on the fork (cmon they eat spaghetti, okay?) straying away from the Christmas movie road.
