You know, you could argue that this movie shows a world that deals with the leftovers of a postmodernist ironic society while figuring out how to position oneself in a new era of new sincerity while at the same time it shows how feminism can flourish in happily ever after narratives.

But you could also argue that i might be looking into this way too deep

    Write Before Christmas

Hello everyone, my name is Merel and I am an addict. I am addicted to extremely predictable romantic movies. I cannot help myself, when I see a movie poster with a red/green colour scheme or when it takes place in an obscure Christmas town, I simply must watch it. I have to know if the leading lady competes in some sort of baking/Christmas competition or if the love interest is from the big city and doesn't believe in the Christmas spirit. The temptation is too big and I cannot stop myself anymore.
