Is this film trying to be feminist?
Phenomenal acting by Nicole Kidman. Harris Dickinson is alluring. But plot falls very flat. Pseudo - feminist undertones feel like that meme “women in male dominated spaces”. Antonio Banderas’s performance is wholly underwhelming, especially in the affair reveal scene. Babygirl uses it’s A-list cast as a crutch for an otherwise beige storyline.
