  men will lose their jobs and upend their lives for a woman whose job it is to be attractive to other men, then get mad and go insane over that fact, before going to therapy

  this is very deeply bleak movie and i kind of hate every single character, but like in a good way. I wasn’t really feeling this for a while but the last act tied it together, and honestly improved my impression of the first two acts

  get the weeknd and denis villeneuve on this and make a sequel so that the carousel theater in tomorrowland isn’t empty anymore

  this is an insane way to be introduced to coppola’s work

  imagine being 8 and being taken to this instead of like space mountain or something. The production design was INSANE though, like they really didn’t skimp out on this horrifying nonsense movie made for children (i think?).

  rob breaks into his batman voice at one point and it gave me so much whiplash

  This is such a beautiful film, pattinson has some insane range, and ackie was amazing. Ruffalo’s performance is subtle as a brick and it works so well. I’m not super familiar with Joon-Ho’s work at the moment, but i knew going in that this was absolutely going to tackle some pretty heavy themes, but seeing this right now at this cultural moment felt so cathartic.
