I’m tempted to write “haha what the fuck” or “uhhhhhhhh” or a million other things that would protect me from having to think about this film which made me deeply uncomfortable, which honestly made me feel like I had kind of lost it for a bit, but I think to do so would be to lose something important, which is to say that the discomfort this made me feel was unique. I have never felt the things I felt watching this movie before. And that’s an accomplishment I think.
