  The symbolism, the imagery, the adherence to gothic and classical themes…I loved this movie. And totally gotttt it- if you know what I mean by that. My one critique would be that I felt the plot lacked a bit of depth; Barry Keogan PULLED the weight of the suspense from his acting alone. Jacob Elordi deserved more substance and screen time- maybe that is two critiques.

  though very unsubtle at times, still a message that I hope will reach all younger generations to come. and michael cera being an honorary Barbie is the best turn of events. Greta Gerwig is genius.
