The aspect I most liked about this movie was how it captured and relayed Bailey's perspective. Although we followed her journey through the plot the moments she expressed herself were distinguishable. My take on Bird's allegorical role is that he represented "stepping back" and "seeing the world/life in bird's eye view". Mostly looks beautiful. However, the content is incredibly underwhelming. Movie makes no point about anything. It portrays the aftermath of genocide that happened decades ago but portrays Zionism as the only means of escaping from the genocide with no regard given to the victims of Zionism. It almost feels like the strongest viewpoint the movie takes is an excuse for the existence of Israeli state on Palestinian land. The dialogues are usually okay but can be cumbersome at times. Acting…
