First time watching this film. 3 things I really took away from this was 1- the soundtrack 2-the coloring and 3- the editing style. The soundtrack for this film is so perfect, the mood is filled with thriller and horror and truly captures the viewer’s attention. The coloring and pop of color in the film works greatly. The amount of red and focus on the color red and how well is captured and colored in post production deserves its applause.…

After watching this, the boundaries of creativity had been expended to new unknown levels. I loved every aspect of this film, from the editing, writing, acting, storytelling etc. My number one favorite film, I enjoyed how the film is truly about appreciating life, what you have and who you have around you and how important those things are to you. I found the film incredibly funny and comical as well. I also noticed a lot of new things being experimented with, such as the long minutes of starring at two rocks talking to each other, and it worked, it was brilliant.

Very interesting movie, I wish we couldve gone in depth about the entity, the one time we see it is at the end, also that scene where the monster is spreading the characters’ mouth was a bit unbelievable in terms of effects and polish. Also the ending needed a bit more, it sort of felt flat, maybe an alternate ending wouldve helped. I left the movie feeling like “oh?” It just needed more than just she burns herself and the guy watches her. Although that scene when she escapes and the wakes up and realizes she never left the house was one of the best scenes.
