I don’t know what crack everyone else reviewing is on. Because this film is fabulous. Yes, the creators were on acid. Yes, it’s about musical trolls. Yes, there is yodelling. But the story is fire, only matched by the iconic Lego movie. There’s emotional messages about differences, kick ass songs and a tiny diamond troll that says daddy a lot. 

Beautiful.

An absolutely wild ride where our girl Momo is felt up by aliens, Okarun the geek is cursed by some sort of granny demon and becomes an emo, and it somehow just keeps getting better. Also, Momo’s gran is a hot witch. 5/5.

Mullet author Ben goes back to creepy small town, flirts with older Bella Swan, and believes in vampires in about 5 seconds even though it’s batshit. 

Half the town turn into vampires in the space of a weekend and an eleven year old becomes Rambo, drawing first blood. 

Best performances go to Straker’s bad southern accent, various demonic children and the doctor who also immediately believes in vampires instead of a pandemic. 

Also, someone’s mum with a shotgun is scarier than all the vampires. Actually worth a watch though so go for it.
