I know she told us what was going to happen, yet I was still shocked.

The premonitions and visions were shot in such a chilling and visceral way. Not exactly a horror movie, but it has its moments. Obviously my favorite part.

The whole Southern Gothic atmosphere was warm to the eye and cold to the touch.

I watched this while traveling today and regret seeing it on my iPad for the first time. I thought this would be a pretty standard family drama, incorrect!

The trailers before this included a run of: live action Lilo & Stitch (2025), Freakier Friday, and the live action How to Train Your Dragon (2025).

Made the Minecraft trailer that followed feel like a breath of fresh air.

Kids deserve better movies than these reboots!

Rachel Zegler is a star however.

Incredibly difficult watch during a time when my country is lurching further and further towards authoritarian rule.

It does a great job at making you a part of the family. Each character has a moment to shine and make you fall in love with them.

It’s a story about resilience, one that is vital to this moment.

I have officially seen every Best Picture nominee for this year!

P.S. I don’t know how you’d replicate this, but my audience was like 75% Brazilian which added to the experience. You could feel the pride in the room.

Completed my AMC A-List pilgrimage this evening and went to the largest IMAX screen in the US.

AMC Lincoln Square is the real deal.

Happy I got to experience it with a movie I actually like!
