Just as good as when I was a child.
Would prefer better / longer pieces of action, it’s just a little much in too little time at the end of the film.

Funny how I had never seen this before
Ever so slightly terrifying in places
Pretty good overall and love how a plot point isn’t relevant until 2/3rds the way through (I believe this is called the smoking gun theory or something)
Good job Sir Chris
Nevermind I lied: upon Googling it is called “Chekhov's Gun” and I like it
4*. Like the pizza.
This film is a little hard to follow, but I did watch it in 6 sittings. I would like to rewatch after a YouTube video that explains what on God’s green earth is going on.
In other news: this film has potentially catapulted us into the next era of SFX, something that should excite anyone and everyone with interest in the Sci-Fi genere, where practica effects are not always the best at getting the job done.
I enjoyed this film throughout, with an excellent score and emotionally grounding throughout.
A very, very enjoyable cinematic epic.
It makes me angry that I didn’t get to see Dune in cinemas and thankful that I went to Top Gun: Maverick and Oppenheimer.
Cinema is the hands down best way that some movies are meant to be watched. A list needs to be compiled of films that *must* be saved until one has enough money to rent a large screen at Movie House or else the movie simply shouldn’t be watched.
Some masterpieces deserve better than a home premiere and people who watch films on their phones should be shot.
