  Pretty dumb, but fun. The final confrontation is legitimately great. Smith really does just ooze charisma. Some of the hijinks Lawrence gets into are also pretty entertaining.

  Nolan can sure make a picture. Seen this once before a few years back, but it was great to watch it in the cinema. The element of the film that really resonated with me was the parental relationships, particular Cobb’s with his children and between Fischer Jr. and Sr., it’s obviously a recurring theme…

  Whatever it takes.

  When I first saw the trailer for this months ago I was instantly intrigued and knew I had to watch it.   As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be a gangster.

  Trying to make my way through more of Scorsese’s filmography so glad I’ve finally got round to this one.
  I really liked all the needle drops. It’s also shot so well, I was especially impressed with those long tracking shots as Henry interacts with other members of the organisation.
