  A highly strong adaptation of an amazing and eccentric novel that I literally just finished today. Ballards odd but poetic storytelling, capturing the convergence of sex and technology perfectly companies David Cronenburgs style, which is evident throughout his filmography. (Like Videodrome). But through this we get a masterpiece! David understands the text of Ballards story, thus woveing a very horny erotic and melancholic film. With also some amazing hot actors. 
  It’s amazing and gay! 🏳️‍🌈

  Love comes in many forms, even in very weird and heartfelt forms. It’s so beautifully romantic! 
  A perfect absurdist comedy horror, Tim Burton-esque splashed in a nostalgic 80s neon lit palette, it’s gothic style warms my heart and pulls you deep into its crazed and fun atmosphere. Kathryn Newton was incredible as always, she went full over expressionist and unhinged at the very best!
