  So disturbing but even more depressing. As disgusting and completely insane as it was it was actually way too relatable. The feeling of desperation to just be a better version of yourself, wanting To isolate yourself because you don’t feel fit to be seen, spending so long looking in the mirror that you miss your plans  💔💔 absolutely heartbreaking. 

  Sorry for getting emotional on letterboxd. I cried. 

  They did lose me a bit at the end. But wow.

  The Garfield Movie 2024

  I was so disappointed that they didn’t capture the essence of Garfield at all in this movie. If this was some kid’s first interaction with Garfield they would not know who he is! They could’ve replaced Garfield with anyone else in this movie and it would’ve been exactly the same. This was a formulaic kid’s adventure movie with none of the charm of the Garfield comics. Garfield is a lazy, apathetic, snarky fat house cat and HE DOES NOT NEED…
