There are many sweet moments, and, if you share the movie’s sense of humor, you’ll get a good laugh. The Fundamentals of Caring is clearly interested in exploring parenting and the difficulties found therein. It gives the audience a series of broken fathers to reflect on fatherhood in particular. While the movie shines at some points, it sometimes seems to lose interest in offering anything thoughtful in favor of strange comedic moments. The final several minutes of the movie stand out as an example of this. The greatest critique to give of this movie, however, is that it is a 2 hour Slim Jim commercial.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny 2023
It’s fine! It is sufficiently fun to watch, but certainly not an award winner. I can’t imagine revisiting it, but it was an inoffensive end to the Indiana Jones story.
