  SO great. I have so much to say but it ended on a freeze frame so now I have to talk about the freeze frame. Literally WHY would this film end on a freeze frame???

  A bunch of wasted potential, in my opinion. For starters, Ctrl+Alt+Delete the annoying hamster. Also spread Bolt and Mittens' bonding throughout the film instead of putting it in one montage. It never really feels like they've bonded. I also wish this had more stylized animation. Some of the backgrounds look sort of pastel/paintery, but I think a clean and bold superheroish style would've also fit. I initially thought John Travolta was a weird choice (and he is), but Bolt constantly acting like a Western action film star in even the least serious moments was golden. This could've been sooooo good.

  I might have rated this 2.5 stars, but by that I mean it's basically every single star rating all at once. I'm so confused as to what this is or what was going on. Every scene feels like a different film. I left the theater with the feeling of a headache I didn't have. I literally cannot describe what this was like because of how crazy it was. I just... what?????
