  The pace of the film reflects the nature of the open road; Aimless, meandering, cyclic. Just as the characters drift from identical truck stop to truck stop, the narrative drifts around, not settling on a specific conflict or idea. I think if I was in a certain mood I’d enjoy the meditative pace, but for today I was craving something more tangible to sink into.
