  There's a lot to like about this movie. Awesome cast, a couple pretty incredible action sequences, some fun antics. But it's also like...DEEPLY homophobic. I'm not going to be shocked by a cop in the 70's throwing around some slurs, but it almost feels like the movie endorses and enjoys treating queer people badly. Fortunately the majority of that is in the first 15 minutes and it moves past it but yeah, it was mostly unnecessary.
