Not sure if it’s embarrassing or frightening how many people when talking about this movie relate to D-Fens. It’s like people praising the killdozer guy. Among all the people filling up the cynical hellscape Schumacher makes of 90s LA, D-Fens is the most despicable.

Inexplicably I have once again immersed myself into the world of Ryan Reynolds and Shawn Levy. Thankfully, this isn’t as rage-inducingly obnoxious as Free Guy, but it does have a deeper more interesting sentiment to it (which I loathe).
Deadpool & Wolverine is a movie that makes its living by pointing out that better movies exist, and saying how “actually, they suck”. In its bold moves of mocking far better and genuinely artistically crafted movies, it makes no attempt in itself…
Went into this with high expectations and even those were surpassed. Well worth the wait. Honestly, it’s incredible that this film was finished and was just sitting around collecting dust until WB finally dumped it out considering not only how good it is, but how prescient.
Mickey 17 is endlessly entertaining, funny, witty, heartbreaking and beautifully touching. A real guy having to navigate this hellish world and his conflicting feelings and reactions to it. compassion and love comes to clash…
