Deadpool & Wolverine 2024
Hugh is awesome and Wolverine fuckin rules in this. I've never liked Deadpool (the character) or Mint Mobile guy (the actor) so like 80% of this movie misses me by a mile. The nostalgia-bait surprises work for me here though so it outweighs all of the Reddit cringe Freeguy-ness.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2022
With a plot as hollow as a Kinder egg filled with little turd surprises and characters who are shallower than plates of piss for dinner, this, the umpteenth recalibration of the franchise delivers some good kills and gore fx along with its legendary face wearing antagonist to actively root for (not against because let's be real these characters suck harder than a Oreck vacuum can suck a bowling ball) from beginning to it's somewhat satisfying finale.

Men 2022
Men is probably my least favorite of Garland's films but it's definitely a film that I won't soon forget ie the final twenty or so minutes being filled with some of the craziest stuff I've ever seen on a big screen. Shout out to the performances and great body horror here though that makes this really stand out.
