    "My mistake, four coffins"

A Fistful of Dollars is the quintessential Spaghetti Western.

The action is fantastic, the sets are awesome, and we get to see Clint Eastwood in that glorious glorious serape that he never washed.

There's a moment I don't believe I noticed when watching this in my high-school film class, where the Rojos are all eating dinner in a last-supper style. The imagery and foreshadowing used in the film really stands out as some of the best.…

Some really great performances, but sadly I couldnt find much else to grasp on to. It tried to be something akin to good grief horror, but it fell short. Got the vibe of Iain Reid's novel We Spread but not nearly as compelling

    One or two good scares.

This is well made, and brutal. Imagine having to be your own investigative journalist! Its disheartening to see that things are the same in so many countries, but this person, Shiori Itō, definitely made a difference both in Japan and across the world. She became her own investigative journalist in a very difficult case. I cant even fathom…
