Lady Snowblood 1973
I expected to see a simple revenge story but it turned out to be more than that.The opening scene is raw yet beautiful with the view of the snow falling slowly,the cell that gets enough light so the radiant red robes of the women get the focus.Another visual aspect that caught my atention is the way they present exposition parts by using drawing with different art styles.The cinematograhy is filled with many viewings that remain with you even after they pass.The action scenes are done right and it doesn't hold back at all.

I thought it couldn't became more weird.Then comes the final scene with the baby.Another thing is during the movie I kept trying to find a reason why so many bizare things are happening.After the end I realized you have to stop doing this because that's the thing.You CAN'T find a REASON.

The Grand Budapest Hotel 2014
A very pleasant surprise.I didn't expect to be this good.I love the way it's shot with every scene being like a play.The actors do a great job at being part in this story which is presented by using the old type of comedy like in the black and white films mixed with dark humor.
