So I enjoyed watching this, but I don’t know, for some reason it just felt like they came up with everything first, and then had to shoehorn it all into a movie? The songs, the family strife, why it all went wrong, the pacing. It just didn’t speak to me. It was cute, the animation was fantastic, and it’s well made on all accounts. I just didn’t connect with it in a major way and it just didn’t feel unique enough. Just wasn’t for me I guess!

Yorgos has a style like no other. Outstanding visual palette in design, costumes, and cinematography. Damningly funny in the most absurd ways. And good grief Emma better win Best Actress, it's not even close between her and Lily Gladstone...
